Lore:Najesi

Najesi is a highly flammable, thick, sticky liquid created in Gorandel.

Najesi means "magic fire" in Noralar.

History

In 987 MA, scholars began developing ways to use this new discovery as a weapon. They developed hand pumps that spray the liquid through a flame at the end of a nozzle, resulting in a stream of fire. They also developed Vregas from Najesi.

Because of Najesi’s devastating capabilities as a weapon, The Vanguard, Vasomi, and Anointed decide that it should be kept secret for the present and stored (but not used).
