The Osbair-omi are a group of noble families, with the ideal of creating a single, unified Anointed Kingdom.

Mission
The mission of the Osbair-omi involves the creation of an all new, singular Anointed Kingdom to rule over all of Althas, as they believe that the separate Anointed Kingdoms have failed in their original mission by Losdejim.
To rule this new Anointed Kingdom, they believe that Gerád (general of Anorthile) would be the best fit as their King (due to his leadership abilities, the respect the people have for him, and his relation as cousin to Falos II), and Evana (daughter of Falos II) would be his Queen. They chose two members of the Anorthile kingdom as they see it as the best example of a successful Anointed Kingdom at this time (but still unfit as the overruling, singular kingdom). The families would be the advisers to the King.
They are mainly based out of Thavairos.

Members
The Osbair-omi is mostly made up of Anorthile, Nosmalos and Vishethas noble families.
One of the wealthy families is from Múthrand, and aids Arísan in the Thenodar Civil War against Thingstów by calling out the rebel leader Ofost. It is their desire to keep the war with Thenodar going so as to tarnish Falos II's reign and make his usurpation easier.

Organization and Function
The Osbair-Omi are comprised primarily of wealthy, influential families throughout the aristocracies of the three Anointed Kingdoms, with small outposts in other regions. The leaders of each region function with general autonomy except in the most important of matters. The main leader is located in Thavairos and would be consulted with by the leaders of the Nosmalos and Vishethas only in the most dire of circumstances or important of missions.
Because of distance and the necessity for secrecy, information and missions are mostly compartmentalized. The organization also has very few inducted "agents." Normally, they will hire outsiders for very specific, set tasks with very little contextual information and then be done with that hand altogether once the task is done.
Information compartmentalization is especially important where the candidate for the Kingship is concerned. Gerád is their candidate (but is actually a double agent), but he is kept in the dark in many dealings. This is because it is the desire of the Osbair-Omi that the new King be perfect and untarnished - publically or morally. Thus they desire that the not get his hands dirty in their more dark dealings or be burdened with secrets that - if they came out - would ruin his reputation with the people.
Alliances
Although not an ally, Thenodar is not particularly looked upon as an enemy neither, as the Osbair-omi greatly benefit by having Thenodar exist. Thenodar can easily cause the destabilization of Falos II's Anorthile kingdom.
They are opponents to the Merchant Guilds of Nosmalos.
