The Thevelnim (singular Thevelnam) are Men that did not join any of the civilized societies of Althas, including The Dominion nor The Anointed Kingdoms. These are generally Men that have formed in primitive tribes.
The meaning for the word Thevelnam is "Twilight Man" or "Man of Twilight" (Thevelnim is the plural, "Twilight Men" or "Men of Twilight") in Noralar.
