The Calendar represent the mechanics behind the passage of time, days, weeks, months and even years in The Lays of Althas: Sundered Order.
When you're playing the game, Time and Days will pass, although at varying degrees depending on where you are and what you're doing.
The following is the Calendar used in the game:

In Althas, there are:
The speed of time will vary depending on where you are in Althas.
When you're talking to stationary NPCSs, in-game Time will stop progressing.
When you're inside an Interior, in-game Time will stop progressing.
When you're inside a Settlement, 1 Real-World Second = 1 In-game Minute.
When you're outside of a Settlement, 1 Real-World Second = 5 In-game Minutes.
