There are many unique Religions (beliefs and world views) all amongst the Men of Jevreth. While some of these beliefs and worldviews of Ethesh are truth, others are not. And just as Man is flawed in their actions, so are they in their understanding of the world and universe (where the lines between truth and fantasy is easily blurred).
The main sources of Man's worship is The Scriptures, written by the Diasairos.
