The Amulet and The Sword are two enchanted objects created for the purposes of fighting jevrethor (as well as najiros). Although the two objects can work while separated from one another, they are generally considered far more powerful while together.

History

In 1056 MA at Hédansael, Heofon and The Vanguard create the two enchanted objects.

Properties

The Amulet

The jewel can absorb and store magic. On its own, it can only store a limited amount and then automatically seals itself. The Amulet can also absorb latent magics, such as curses, from those afflicted; however, on its own it will also transfer the effects to the wearer.

The Sword

The weapon acts as a companion. The magical power the amulet gathers is transferred to the sword, repairing it and making it stronger and, in some cases, giving it powerful abilities. This completes the system and protects the wearer of the amulet from unwanted side effects of absorbing latent magic.
