This article lists all the Carryable Objects planned for The Lays of Althas: Sundered Order.
Carryable Objects:
- Props in the game that the Character will take both Hands/Arms to Carry.
- Cannot be equipped as Equipment, and thus are not Items.
- Cannot be placed in Inventory, and thus are not Items.
Being Melee Attacked while Carrying the Object will drop it.

Ladders
When the PC approaches a Ladder, point the **Mouse Reticle** at the Ladder and you may see the Carry Icon. Not all Ladders are carryable.
Hold F key to carry the Ladder. Not all Ladders can be carried.
Dropping Ladders
To drop the Ladder, release the F key.
Placing Ladders
To put the Ladder against a surface that the Ladder can be Climbed, release F key while pointing the **Mouse Reticle** at a surface that the Ladder should be climbable against; **Mouse Reticle** should read Place Ladder. The Ladder will be positioned properly and can be Climbed.
