On its own, it can only store a limited amount and then automatically seals itself. The Amulet can also absorb latent magics, such as curses, from those afflicted; however, on its own it will also transfer the effects to the wearer.<br /> <br /> ===The Sword===<br /> The weapon acts as a companion. The magical power the amulet gathers is transferred to the sword, repairing it and making it stronger and, in some cases, giving it powerful abilities.
