In 822 MA, the Nesar Theni is created by the [[Master of the Vanguard]] in the mountains outside of [[Lore:Nandorthel|Nandorthel]] in [[Lore:Gorandel (region)|Gorandel]]. The tool's primary purpose is to look into the past in order to study history.
