This manor is destroyed during [[The Battle of Bordrima]] by [[Clan Wulfas]]. [[SO:Characters (Bordrima)#Bordrand|Bordrand]] partially rebuilds it as a home for him and Selen after he returns.

Owned by [[Salubrún|Salubrún]], this mill was purchased several years ago from the Holtstrynd by the [[Lore:Massereas Faereld|Massereas Faereld]]. In the last few years, Salubrún's Mill has outproduced Handspor's Mill lumber production.
