The Time and Calendar System represent the mechanics behind the passage of time, days, weeks, months and even years in The Lays of Althas: Sundered Order.
When you're playing the game, Time and Days will pass, although at varying degrees depending on where you are and what you're doing.

Stationary Conversations
When the PC is talking to stationary NPC[s], Time will be 1:1

When the PC is inside a Settlement, but outside of an Interior, Time will be 1:6

When the PC is inside of a Cave, Time will be 1:30
